Sowo is now on the App Store and Google Play
Sowo is now available on both the App Store and Google Play. Whichever phone you carry, you can find hair, beauty and events providers near you, see what they have done before, agree the work in the chat, and pay through the app.

When we launched on iPhone, people on Android could browse the website but could not book. That gap is now closed.
The Android app is the same app: the same providers, the same Trust Passport, and payments work the same way. Nothing is held back for the other platform.
See the evidence before you book
A good photo does not tell you whether someone will turn up. A five-star rating means little if you cannot see what sits behind it.
Every provider has a Trust Passport. It gathers the jobs they have completed through Sowo, reviews from customers who booked and paid in the app, vouches from named people, and whether their ID has been checked.
Reviews can only be written by someone who booked and paid through Sowo, so what you read comes from real jobs rather than anonymous ratings. You can look at all of it and decide for yourself who to trust.
What you can do
- Browse providers by category: hair, braids, nails, makeup, barbering, photography, catering and events
- See how far away a provider is, what they charge from, and whether they are available now
- Read their Trust Passport before you contact them
- Post what you need and let providers come to you with quotes
- Message providers and agree the work before anything is paid
- Pay the quote through Stripe, held until you confirm the job is done
- Buy products directly from the providers you book
- Save the providers and products you want to come back to
How the money works
You agree the work and the price in the chat first. If there is a deposit, you pay it when you accept the quote. The rest is held securely by Stripe until you confirm the job is done.
If you have not confirmed or raised a problem, it is released to the provider 5 days after they mark it complete.
For providers
Good work should make the next job easier to win. Switch to provider mode to list your services and products, set your availability and how far you will travel, reply to requests with quotes, and take payment through the app.
As you complete jobs, your record grows with you. Future customers can see the bookings you have completed, the reviews you earned and the people who vouched for you. You do not have to say people can trust you. You can show them why.
